By accessing and using AcquireMe.EU, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Platform Role

AcquireMe.EU is a marketplace facilitator. We provide the infrastructure for founders to list startups and for investors to discover them. We are not brokers, financial advisors, or parties to any eventual acquisition agreement between users.

3. User Obligations

• Founders must provide accurate, non-misleading financial and identity data.
• Investors must undergo KYC/AML verification where required by EU law.
• Users agree not to bypass the platform for initial contact (Non-Circumvention).

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall AcquireMe.EU be liable for any failed acquisitions, loss of data, or financial decisions made based on platform listings. All due diligence is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
