  • Technical Data: IP addresses and system logs (monitored via Actuator/Prometheus for security).

We process your data under GDPR Article 6 based on:

  • Performance of Contract: To manage your listings and connections.
  • Legal Obligation: To comply with EU Anti-Money Laundering (AML) directives.
  • Legitimate Interest: To maintain platform security and fraud prevention.

3. Your GDPR Rights

Right to Access

You can request a full export of all personal data we have stored in our PostgreSQL database.

Right to Erasure

The "Right to be Forgotten" - you can close your account and we will scrub your data within 30 days.
